7. The estate is not i~debted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of decedent, including
exempt property, be distributed to the survivinq spouse of the
decedent BERTHA FAIRF'ULL, #1, Marbeth Circle, Miller Plaoe, Na~v Yark.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of the decedent, other than as set forth in paragraph 10.
10. The original of the decedent's last will, dated September
30, 1960, accompanies this Petition.
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 33, Florida Statutes.
Petitioners request that Decedent's last will be admitted to
probate and an Order of Summary Administration be entered directing
distribution of the assets in this estate in accordance with the
schedule set forth in paragraph eight. _ }
Under penalties of perjury we declare that we have read the
foregoing, and the facts alleged are true to the best of our knowledge
and belief. -
