ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION ~~
On the Petition of BERTHA FAIRFULL for Summary Administration
of the estate of WILLIAM HENRY FAIRFULL, deceased, the court finding
that the decedent died on the lOth day of January, 1980; that all
interested persons have been served proper notice of this hearing or
have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the peti-
tion are true; and that an Order of Summary Administration should be
entered, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date September 30, 1960, and
attested by Marguerite N. Stumpf and Warren W. Stumpf, as subscrib-
ing and.attesting witnesses is ac~mitted to probate according to law,
as and for the last will of the decedent. ~
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that there be immediate distribution of the :~
assets of the decedent as follows: to BERTHA FAIRFULL, #1 Marbeth
Circle, Miller Place, New York, the following property:
1970 Statesman Moble Home, ID# ST1544
Refund in the amount of~ $36.20
(from Fort Pierce Gas ~'o.)
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of ~he
decedent's estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to
receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce
the right.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, those holding
property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other
property of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered to
comply with this order by paying, delivering, and transferring to
those specified above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to
