j After due notice by or to all parties affected, a
~' hearing was held before the Court on January 12, 1981, upon

the Motion for Final Judgment of Garnishm~nt ~nd Motion to
Tax Costs filed herein by the Plaintiff, THE FURST COMPANY
OF FORT PIERCE. On February 6. 1981, a Default was entered
by the Clerk of this Court by virtue of the fact that the
Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., failed to file or
serve any papers in response to the Writ of Garnishment
served on the Garnishee on January 16, 1981. The pleadings
on file in this matter reveal that the Garnishee, BARRIE
REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., is indebted to the Defendants,
M. B. SKAGGS and MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, under a certain
Note and Mortgage dated November 9, 1978, wherein BARRIE ~

REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., a Florida corporation, is Mortgagor, ~
and M. B. SKAGGS and MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, the Defendants ~
herein, as tenants in common, are the Mortgagees; said
Mortgage is recorded in 0. R. Book 297, pages 2471 through
2473, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
encumhers the following described real estate, to-wit:
