With respect to the Plaintiff's 24otion to Tax Costs,
it appears that~the Plaintiff has expended the sum of $22.10
in taxable Court costs for its post-~udgment collection
efforts and the Plaintiff is entitled to said sum fran the
Defendant, M: B. SKAGGS, in addition to the $658.10 in taxable
costs set forth in the Amended Final Judgment rendered herein
on February 29, 1980.
Havi~g taken all of these matters into consideration,
I and having heard the argument of counsel, it is

,~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

;~ 1. That the above-named Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S

i' AUTO PLAZA, INC., shall pay to LLOYD & BROWN TRUST ACCOUNT i

, as attorney for the Plaintiff~ THE FURST COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE~ ~

'' a Florida corporation~ one-half (1/2) of the monthly mortgage ?

`' payment.due to M. B. SKAGGS, on January 9, 1981, that is, ~

~$429.65; alternatively, if this payment hae been deposited . ;

;; with the Clerk of the Court. the Clerk shall pay to LLOYD &
j, BROWN TRUST ACCOUNT as attorney for the Plaintiff, THE FURST ~
~; COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE, a sum equivalent to $429.65, less the '

~' Statutory Clerk's fee.

~~ 2. Upon payment of the above-stated sum to LLOYD & ;
BROWIi TRUST ACCOUNT ~ as attorney for the Plaintif f, THE FURST

PIERCE, have and recover from the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS,
i the sum of $22.10 as taxable costs, which is in addition to
those amounts set-forth in the Amended Final Judgment of this i
Court dated February 29, 1980.
FOR ALL THE ABOVE SUMS, LET EXECUTION ISSUE.
