Said residential unit property owne~s shall contribute a pro rata share of the expenses of maintenance and repair of the recreational facilities and beach access strips in order to exercise their rights under this easement. Except for road access to Parcels 1 and 2, so designated and described in Exhibit "A-13" attached hereto, via the road access strips designated and described as Parcels 4, 5 and 6 in Exhibit "A-13" attached hereto, this easement shall only include access by foot; therefore, no vehicles of any type, including but not limited to automobiles, trucks motorcycles, motorbikes or bicycles, shall be used in the exercise of this easement, nor shall any vehicles be permitted upon the property described in Exhibit "A-1" in exercise of this easement, except for the road access hereinabove provided. The Developer intends to construct a condominium upon said lands, to be known as SAND DOLLAR NORTH,A CONDOMINIUM, and ~, this easement shall provide road access, i.e., ingress and egress, to said Condominium. 5.7 Improvements - General Description. (a) Apartment Buildinq. The condominium includes one apartment building. It consists of eight (8) f loors and contains apartments and common elements. (b) Other Improvements. The condominium includes grounds, landscaping, automobile parking areas, and other facilities located substantially as shown u~on the plans and which are part of the common elements. ~ 5.8 A~artment Boundaries.
