expense . Charges for other than common expense may be made only after approval
of a member, and may include but shall not be limited to charges for the ~se pf
condominium property when authorized by the Declaration of Condominium, mainten-
ance services furnished at the expense of a member and other aervices furniahed for
the benefit of a member.
6. 5. E4ssessments for Emer~encies . Asaessments for common expenses
of emergencies that cannot be paid frnm the annual asseaements for common expenaes
will be made only after notice of the need for such ia given to the apartment owner
concerned . After such notice and upon approval in writing by persons entitled to cast
more than one-half of the votes of the apartment ownere ooncerned. the assessment
will become effective , and it will be due after thirty (30) days' notice in such manner
as the Board of Directors of the Association may require in the notice of assesament.
6.6. De~ository. The depository of the Association will be such bank or
banke as shall be designated from time to time by the directors and in which the monies
of the Aasociation will be depoaited . Withdrawal of monies from such accounte will be
only by checke aigned by such persons ae are suthorized by the directors .
6. 7. Audit . An audit of the accounta of the Association will be made
annually and a copy of the sudit report will be furniahed to each member not later
than April 1 of the year following the year for which the audit ia made .
7 . PARLIAMENTARY RULES .
Roberts' Rules of Order (latest edition) will govern the conduct of Assoc-
iation meetings when not in conflict with the Declaration of Condominium, Articles
of Incorporati9n or these Bylaws .
8 : AMENDMENTS .
Except as elsewhere provided otherwise these Bylaws may be amended
in the following manner:
8.1. Notice of the subject matter of a proposed amendment will be included
in the notice of any meeting at which a proposed amendment is considered .
8.2. A resolution adopting a proposed amendment may be proposed by
either the Board of Directors of the Association or by the members of the Association .
Directors and members not present in person or by proxy at the meeting considering
the amendment may expreas their approval in writing, providing such approval is
delivered to the Secretary at or prior to the meeting . Except as elsewhere provided ,
such approvals must be either by:
(a) Not less than 75$ of the entire membership of the Board of
Directors and by not less than ?5$ of the votes of the entire memberahip of the
Asaociation; or
(b) By not lesa than 80$ of the votes of the entire membership of
the Association; or
~ (c) Until the first election of Directors, only by all of the directora;
provided the amendment does not increase the number of apartments or alter the
boundaries of the common elements .
8.3. Proviso. Provided, however, that r-o amendment will discriminate
against any member, unlesa the member so affected shall consent; and no amendment
