PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD '~ '
Petitioner, FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK AT VERO BEACH,
as Guardian of the Property of ELLEN J. ROBERTSON, Incompetent,
respectfully alleges:
1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain real prop-
erty which Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows:
Lot 10, Block 6, HARMONY HEIGHTS, #4, according
to the Plat thereof, in Plat Book 9, Page 71,
of the Public Recoras of Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and necessary
to sell tiie property described above for the following reason:
(a) That the only asset of the Guardianship estate is
the real property;
(b) The only income received is from the rental of it
($250.00 per month) and Social Security (approx. $140.00) the total
of which is insufficient to pay the recurring monthly expenses for
the maintenance and care of the Ward.
3. Petitioner desires to sell the property to DON D.
REED, for Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($18,500.00), cash,
to be fully paid at the time of closing. Said house is being sold
"as is", though it is in need of repairs, particularly termite
treatment, repairs to soffits ard other roof inembers, is without
. any heating and air conditioning at all, has had difficulty with
its septic and drainage field and is otherwise in the somewhat
run-down condition.
