4. A copy of the Deposit Receipt and Contract for
Sale and Purchase is submitted herewith, and attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be-entered
authorizing to sell t.~e above-described property on the conditions
and t~rms set forth in this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
