The Grantee by acceptance and execution of thie Warranty Deed acknawledgea that
this conveyance is sub~ect to the provisiona of tbe Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisione of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provieions; the Grantee aclu~owledges and agrees that all of said provisiona
are reaeonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described above. as security for his obligatione as described in eaid
Declaration of Condo~inium aiad its exhibits; and the Grantee ackmowledgea and agrees
that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibite and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Crantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representatione and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
