The Grantee by acceptance and execution of thia Warranty Deed acknawrledges that
thie conveyance is sub3ect to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibita. The Grantee agreea to be bound
by all of said provlsions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said proviaiona
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property deacribed above. se security for his obligations as described in esid
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibite; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said Declaration of Condon~inium and its exhibite and the Purchase Agreeaient executed
by the Grantor aad Grantee contain all of the Warranties, representations and inducements
conceraing the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
