Upi~n acceleratidn under paragraph 18 hereot or at+andonment of the Properly, Lender shall be entitled to have a r~eiver appointed by a cour~ to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the Property, including those p.1st due. All rents collected hy the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of management of the Properry and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on rcceiver's twnds and reasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. Upon rcyuest by Borrowcr, l.endcr, at I_ender s option within twenty years from the date of this Alortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower.
