ACKNOWLEDQdENT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANrBB
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledgee that
this conveyance is sub~ect to the provisions of ~the Declaration of Condominium described
above, including the provisiona of all of its exhibita. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee ackrowledges and agrees thgt all of said pravisions
are reasonable. fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impressea a lien upon the land
and real property described above. as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Condominiwn and its exhiblte; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that eaid Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the Crantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantiea, representationa and inducemente
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land aad real property described above.
