The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisious of tl~e Dec~aration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its ext~ibit.s. ,The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions; the Grant~:e acknowledyes and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasunable, fair and equitable; ti~c~c;rantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described irt said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and t~e Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condaninium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warrantics,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above. ~
