organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose address is 1600 South Fed-
eral Highway~ City of Fort Pierce~ County of St. Lucie~ State of Florida, (herein "Lender").
WHEREAS, Boirower is indebted to L.ender in the principal sum of TH 1 RTY F I VE THOUSAN~ AND

Together with all of the appurtenances to such apa~tment, the air
conditioning unit serving said apartment and all -fixtures and appliances
located therein.
The mortgagor covenants that it and the association responsible
for the operation of this condominium wiil observe all of the provisions
of the Declaration of Condominium which is above described, and of the
Condominium Act, and will perform their obligations under such
Declaration and Act; and a failure to do so which is not cured within
30 days after notice given by the mo~tgagee to the mortgagor and the
association shall constitute a default under this mortgage.
The PROMISSORY NOTE secured by this MORTGAGE contains renegotiable
interest rate provisions. The INTEREST RATE and MONTHLY PAYMENTS
called for by said Note are thus subject to adjustinent.

TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all ease-
ments, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties~ mineral, oil and gas rights and pro~ts~ water, water rights, and
water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, includinq replacements
and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgage;
and all the foregoing, toqether with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Mortgage is on a lease~
hold) are herein referred to as the "Property".
Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the riqht
to mortgaqe. qrant and convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and t}~at Borrower will
warrant and defend qenerally the tide to the Property against all claims and demands, subject to any declar-
ations, easements or restrictions listed in a schedule of exceptions to coveraqe in any tide insurance policv
