hereby agree to be bound by the covenanta and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master focm of mortgage
reco~ded in the of~ce of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Pcoperty ia located and
in which thi~ Mortgage is offered for record on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions a4 are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Bocrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Bon~ower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorpora*.ed by ceference hereinto shaU be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. '
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVFNANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Futvre Advances. Upon request by Bo~rower~ Lender, at Lender's option within twenty yeara
from the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes swtinq that said
notes are secured heceby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtednesa secured by this Mort-
gage, not includinq sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortqage~ exceed
the oiginal amount of the Note plus US S NONE
