THE COURT, in the above styled case, having issued an Order to the Respon-
dent based upon the PetiCioner's allegatioa that Respondent was ia arrears in his
payments for support as provided by Order of this Court, and it now appearing to
the Court that the Respondent has rm~itted to the Clerk all sums alleged to be due
from him at this time, plus Court Costs, now, therefore, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of Coatempt issued be and the same is
hereby dismissed.
