CERTIFICATE
OF
AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
THE UNDERSIGNED, being the hereinafter designated
officers of HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED, INC., a Delaware Corpo-
ration authorized to do business in the State of Florida, and
the Developer of SEASCAPE I CLUSTER, A CONDOMINIUM, do hereby
certify that the following was duly enacted as an amendment to
the Declaration of Candominium of SEASCAPE I CLUSTER, A CONDO-
MINIUM, pursuant to 718.403, Florida Statutes, relating to.the
addition of phases to a phase condominium. The original
Declaration of Comdominium of said Condominium was recorded in
Official Records Book 338, Page 1033, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Developer hereby submits to the condominium form of
ownership'pursuant to the Condominium Act those certain lands
described as Phase C to SEASCAPE I CLUSTER, A CONDOMINIUM,
Exhibit No. "1" (The Survey Exhibit), pages 1 through 17, in-
clusive, which a're recorded at Official Records Book 338, Page
1069 through 1085, inclusive, is amended so that Exhibit "lA"
pages 1 through 17, attached hereto are subtituted therefor.
This Amendment is made for the purpose of adding the Final Sur-
veyor's Certificate and Drawings for Phase C of SEASCAPE I
CLUSTER, A CONDOMINIUM, containing the information reauired by
718.104(4)(e), Florida Statutes.
The shares of Common Elements and Common Surplus shall

Condominium.
