THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before the Court on
January 22, 1981, upon the Plaintiff's Motion for Appointment of
a Receiver, and the Court having heard the testimony of witnesses,
arguments of counsel on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendant,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, hereby

t7RDERS AND ADJUDGES:
1. Beginning Friday, January 30, 1981, and on each
succeeding Friday until further Order of. this Court, the
Defendants shall render to the Plaintiffs a complete inventory
and accounting of profits and losses for the weekly period
immediately preceding the statement. The statement shall be
rendered to the Plaintiffs' attorney, ;aitr. a copy filed in the
Court file in this action. At minimum, the statement shall show
the purchases, disbursements, revenues,~profit, or loss, goods
and supplies on hand as of the date of the statement, and to whom
such disbursements have been made.
2. Beginning Sunday, February 1, 1981, and on each
