physical access to the place of business known as MINNIE'S BARBF-
CUE, Fort Pierce, Florida, and physical aaccess to all of the
books and records, financial or otherwise, of said business.
3. The Defendant, MINNIE LAVINIA CRAWFORD, shall post a

bond in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), in a form
substantially similar to Form 1.960, Florida Rules of Civil Proce-
:dure, payable to the Plaintiffs, and secured by real property
owned by Defendant, MINNIE LAVINIA CRAWFORD, in St. Lucie County,
~Florida. This bond is posted to insure the Plaintiff's interest ~
in the partnership known as MINNIE'S BARBECUE, and of which eaCh
Plaintiff and the Defendant are general partners. This bond shall
"be recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
' and shall'contain a legal description of the property so pledged,
~and shall constitute a lien on said property.
