THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Stipulated
Motion for Continuance filed herein, and having considered the
merits of said Stipulated Motion as well as having otherwise
been fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(a) The Stipulated Motion for continuance is hereby
granted. This cause is therefore removed from this Court's
trial docket beginning March 2, 1981.
(b) This cause is reset for trial on this Court's trial
docket beginning March 30, 1981.
