THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before~this
HonorabZe Court, this llth day of February, 1981, and
after considering Plaintiff's allegations and prayer for
relief, this Court f inds as follows:
Plaintiff has demonstrated that the Defendant has
and that there is a present danger that the Defendant will
continue to con~eal and otherwise remove from the reach of
the Plaintiff, fund s which are properly owed to the Plaintiff.
IT IS HEREBY:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff is entitled
to a pre-judgment Writ of Attachment in this issue, to be
issued forthwith against so much of the land, tenements,
goods and chattels of the Defendant, The Two & Three Company,
~ Florida Corporation, as is suff icient to satisfy the
siun of Five Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Six ($5,23b.52)
~ollars and fifty-two cents, including, but not limited to,

1. Certain real property situate in St. Lucie County,
