ORDER FOR COLLECTION AND
SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court and it being determined
by the Court that the Plaintiff, MICHAEL ZYSKOWSKI, is a minor, whose
natural guardian and next friend is BONNIE GRZESKO~~IAK, and that the
amount of the Final Judgment in favor of the minor Plaintiff is within
the limit authorized by the applicable Florida Statutes, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor Plaintiff's natural guardian
and next friend, BONNIE GRZESKOWIAK, should be and she is hereby
authorized and directed to collect the amount of the Final Judgment
heretofore entered against the Defendants, AUDREY S. HUNTER, RORY SHERMAN
HANNA and ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, and in favor of the minor Plaintiff,
MICHAEL ZYSKOWSKI, and it is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that BONNIE GRZESKOWIAK, as naturdl guard~an
and next friend of the minor Plaintiff, should be and is hereby authorized
to execute the Satisfaction of Final Judgment and Release which is in
proper form and is hereby approved by the Court.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers t Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County,
