FINAL JUDGMEPIT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned Judge
of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the record,.a jury having
been expressly waived by the parties; and, the Court finding that it has
jurisdiction over the subject matter and of the parties; and having
reviewed and approved the Petition submitted by BONNIE GRZESKOWIAK as
next friend and natural guardian of tt-e minor Plaintiff, MICHAEL
ZYSKOWSKI, and having heard the evidence and the discussion of counsel
for the respective parties, and having approved the settlement in favor
af the Plaintiffs and against the Defendants, and being fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon, upon consideration thereof,
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED that the Plaintiff, MICHAEL ZYSKOWSKI,
a minor suing by his next friend and natural guardian, BONNIE GRZESKOWIAK,
shall have and recover of and from the Defendants, AUDREY S. HUNTER,
RORY SHERMAN HANNA and ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of $5,000.00;
and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJDUGED that BONNIE GREZSKOWIAK,
individually shall have and recover of and from the Defendants, AUDREY
S. HUAITER, RORY SHERMAN HANNA and ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum
of $5,000.00.
