STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint motion for the
entry of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff and the
Defendant set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the
Court that the parties were authorized to enter into such
motion„ and the Court finding that the compensation to be
paid by the Plaintiff is full, just and reasonable for all
parties concerned, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND AflJUDGED that the Defendant, Mary Ann Olin,
does have and recover of and from the Plaintiff the sum of
FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,500) in full
payment for the property (designated Parcel 164 herein) taken
and for damages resulting to the remainder if less than the
entire property was taken and for all other damages of any
nature. It is further,
ORDERED that Ralph O. Wallace, attorney for the above-
named Defendant, shall receive the sum of SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($600) from the Plaintiff as a reasonable fee for
services rendered in this cause; and it is
