LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, LEON E. CASE, a resident of 1836 - 58th Street South,
in the City of Gultport, said State and County, being of sound
and disposing mind and memory, do make this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all othexs by me
heretofore made.
1. I desire and direct that all my just debts and ex-
penses be paid by my Executor hereinafter named and appointed
as soon as practicable after my demise.
2. All insurance upon my life which is p~able to me or
is for the benefit of my estate or the executor or administrator of
my estate, is ta be used by the personal represetttative of my es-
tate for the payment of my debts, estate and inheritance taxes,
claims, charges and expenses of administration, and any proceeds
of such insurance which are not utilized in payment of tlle fore-
going shall constitute a portion of.my residuary estate and shall
go to the beneficiary of my residuary estate as hereinafter set
f orth.
3. I direct my Executor to pay all estate, inheritance,
transfer, legacy, succession, and any other death taxes of any
and every nature which may be assessed or imposed upon or with
respect to property passing by reason of my death, whether pass-
ing under this Will or otherwise, with and from funds of my
residuary estate, and no part of such taxes sYiall be apportioned
or prorated or collected from anyone by my Executor or anyone
whomsoever.
4. All my residuary estate, both real and personal property,
wY~eresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter,
MARILEE C. STENGEL, 5119 Newton Avenue South, Gulfport, Florida.
