5. I hereby constitute and appoint my son, RUSSFT•T•
E. CASE, 94 Anchorage Circle, Groton, Connecticut, as Ex-
ecutor of this, my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly
confer upon him power as such executor to administer my es-
tate, excusing him fram giving bond or making any return
to any court other than require~8 by ,law. I expressly confer
upon him full pow~r and authority to sell ard convey any part
of my~estate, at public or private sale, with or without
notice, as he deems best and without court order. I auth-
orize him to make good and sufficient conveyances to any
purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale to the same
uses and trusts as hereinbefore declared in the several items
of this, my Will. In the event my son, Russell, should not
sx rvive me, ar if he i s unabl e or unwilling to serve, I con=
stitute and appoint my son, LEON E. CASE, JR., 25 Stanley St.,
Wilkes-Barre, Penns•~lvariia, as alternate Executor, with all
the powers, privileges and duties heretofore expressed.

declared by LEON E. CASE as his Last Will and Testament in
