This cause came on to be heard upon the Plaintiffs' Motion
for Appointment of a Receiver, and the Defendant's oral Motion
in open Court for a restraining order, and this Honorable Court ~
having heard arguments of counsel on behalf of the Plaintiffs ~
and the Defendant, and all parties being present, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Plaintiff, CHARLES PERRIAN CRAWFORD, is enjoined:
and restrained from coming about, assaulting, harrassing,
telephoning or in any way interferri~ng with the Defendant,
MINNIE LAVINIA CRAWFORD, and Plaintiff is specificially
enjoined and restrained from coming about the marital home
located at 2805 Jackson Parkway, Fort Pierce, Florida, until
further notice of this Honorable Court.
2. The Plaintiff, SAMUEL W. HOLBROOKS, is enjoined

3. The Plaintiff, CHARLES P. CRAWFORD, is enjoined
and restrained from interferring with the operation of
Defendant's business, known as MINNIE'S BAR-B-Q, and
Plaintiff is specifically enjoined and restrained from
coming about the business on more than the specified mutually
agreed one day per week for examination of the books and
