agreed on day per week for examination of the books and
premises, and from interferring with or contacting the
Defendant's employees of the business, until further order
of this Honorable Court.
5. That the Defendant, MINNIE CRAWFORD, is enjoined
and restrained from coming about, assaulting, harrassing,
telephoning or in any way interferring with the Plaintiff,
CHARLES P. CRAWFORD, nntil further notice of this Honorable
Court.
6. ~That the Defendant, MINNIE CRAWFORD, is enjoined
and restrained from coming about, assaulting, harrassing,
telephoning or in any way interferring with the Plaintiff,
SAMUEL W. HOLBROOKS, until further notice of this Honorable
Court.
7. That no bond is being required for this restraining
order.
8. That the Sheriff of this County is directed to
enforce the terms of this Order and should a violation
occur in the presence of that officer or his agents, he is
directed to take the Plaintiffs or Defendant, as the case
may be, into custody and bring him or her before this
Honorable Court. ~
9. Jurisdiction of this entire matter and the parties
