CLAIM OF LIEN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FRANK H. FEE, III, who, being first duly sworn by me,~saXs
on oath that he is attorney and agent in this behalf for
the leinor herein, EAST COAST LUMBER & SUPPLY COMPANY, a
Florida corporation, P. O. Box 790, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450, and that in pursuance of oral contracts now fully
executed with the following:
Auto Finance Co.

Port St.~Lucie, FL 33452
said lienor furnished the following:
Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies.
for the construction of improvements situate on the real
property described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 583, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 13, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, page 4,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
said real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and owned by Francisca Taylor. Said materials were of a
total value of $3,321.42, including finance charges, of which
there remains unpaid $1,4~1.83. The first of said materials
were furnished on September 29, 1980 and the last of same
on November 28, 1980. The lienor has otherwise properly
complied with all provisions of Chapter 713, Florida Statutes.
