The undersigne8 being the Gra~tee of that certain Warra~ty
Deed from Key Realty & Development, Inc., a Florida Corporation,
transferring to the undersiqned the following described real
property situated in St. Lucie County, Floric~a, to wit:
Begiimi~g at the Northeast corner of Bloclc 6 of IAf~OD ADDTTIQV, a subdivisian acoord-
ing to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book.2, Page 16, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie Co~alty, Flarida, run West along the South right of way line of C~orgia
Avenue a distance of 120.005 feet; thaloe na1 S00°30'35"E, a dista~ce of 3~4.84 feet, to
the FOINT OF BDGII~NING; ttience cuntinue S00°30'35"E, a distance of 43.92 feet,- to the
North right of way liYne of Navm~a Ayatue; thence nm 589~59' 35' W, along the said North
right of way line of Havana Avesn~e, a distance of 66.003 feet; thence run N00°30'35"W,
a distmice of 43.343 feet; thence nm N 89~29'25"E~.a distance of 66.00 feet, to the
FOINT OF BDGIl~IING.

does hereby accept said conveyance according to the conditions set
forth in the Warranty Deed executed pursuant thereto and acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the nrovisions of that certain
Declaration of Party Walls, Festrictions, Conditions, Reservations,
Fasements and Protective_Covenants, as recorded in Official Records
Book 337, Pages 1114 through 1130 anc~ as re-recorded in Official
Records Book 348 , Pages 1~24 through 1240 , all in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and all actions taken thereunder.
The undersigned understands that each and every provision of the afore-
going documents is made for the benefit of all owners of parcels of
property described therein and does further hereby ratify, confirm and
approve all of said provisions; and agrees to be bound by all of the
said provisions; and acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable, The undersigned further acknowledges
and agrees that said Declaration and the Purchase Agreement executed
by the undersigned, contain all of the warranties, representa~ions and
inducements concernin~g the purchase by ~the undersigned of the above--
described real property.
