of 72 Aqua Ra Drive, Jensen Beach, Florida, do hereby
make my Last Will and Testament, and revoke all Wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct payment out of my estate of the
expenses of my illness and funeral.
SECOND: I give and bequeath the following savings
accounts and checking account to my three (3) children,
JOAN CAROL CHALMERS, ARTHUR BOVE and FRANCIS R. BOVE, to
share and share alike, their heirs and assigns forever:
(a) My savings account at Central Penn
~ank, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, account number 128002058.
(b) My savings a~count located in a bank
in Jensen Beach, Florida, account number 79-652-2.
(c) My checking account located at Central
Penn-Bank, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, account number
54-00-17-2.
THIRD: I give and bequeath all of my jewelry
and personal effects to my daughter, JOAN CAROL CHALMERS,
to be distributed as she sees fit.
FOURTH: I give and bequeath all of my furniture
situate at 72 Aqua Ra Drive, Jensen Beach, Florida, to
my three (3) children, JOAN CAROL CHALMERS, ARTHUR BOVE
and FRANCIS R. BOVE, to share and share alike, their
heirs and assigns forever.
FIFTH: I give and bequeath to my three children,
JOAN CAROL CHALMERS, ARTHUR BOVE and FRANCIS R. BOVE,
the proceeds from a mortgage which I now hold with the
White Rock Baptist Church, located at 56th and Market
Streets, Philadel,phia, Pennsylvania. ~
