deceased, having been duly admitted to probate and record in the
Surrogate's Court, CQUnty of Tompkins, State of-New York, a Court
~of probate jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the Will of
the decedent complies with the laws of Florida as to form and
~execution, and that it devises real property located in this
~County, owned by the decedent at the time of her death; said
~ property described as: ~
Lot 10, Block 462, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 26,
a Subdivision accordinq to the Plat thereof
- ~ as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 4, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie Coun~y, Florida
=.and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will,
the Petition for Probate and the. Order admitting them to probate
in tl-.e proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed
herein by the Petitioner, it is
