Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Otmer's ~: Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions_of the Property Ormer's Association ~~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser ass w~as the obligations as to the Property Ormer's Associ3tion as to his condomi~ium parcel. Purchaser canfirms that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and •--•s the common expenses and the sums due under the Property O~mer's Association and - other charges are estimated only.
