NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
This cause coming on to be heard, on the 8th and 9th days
December, 1980, af ter notice, upon the Motion To Discharge the
Notice of Lis Pendens filed herein by the Plaintiff, ROBERT A.
EPPERSON, on the 22nd day of April, 1980, the Court having heard
and considered the testimony adduced by the Parties thereon and
argument of counsel for the respective parties hereto, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is,
upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Motion to Discharge said Notice of Lis Pendens
shall be granted, and the notice of lis pendens shall be vacated,

discharged and cancelled of record,_upon compliance by the
Defendant, HAZEN KREIS, with the provisions hereinafter set forth.
