sound mind and disposinq mecnory, do hereby make, publish and declare the follow-
ing as and for my Last Will and Z~estament, hereby revoking any and all other
wills by me heretofore made.
ITF1+~ 1. Z request that my fiduciaries, hereinafter named, pay any
and all of my just debts and fnneral expenses as soon after my decease as is
practicable.
ITEM 11. I give, bequeath and devise to my niece, Vickie Lee Zbner,
and my nephew, Alfred L. Galanga, as joint tenants with the right of survivor-
ship, and not as tenants in canmon, my real estate located at 705 East Third
Street, Dover, Ohio, together Wfth the furniture located therein, if they both
shall survive me, and if only one of them shall surviv~e me, then I give said
real estate and furniture to such survivor, absolutely and in fee simple.
Should neither my niece or nephew survive me, then this devise and bequest shall
lapse and shall pass as part of my residuary estate.
ITEM 111. I give and bequeath the swn of Fifteen Zfiousand D~llars
($15,000.00) each, to my brother, Victor G. Galanqa, my brother, Louis J. Galanqa
. and my sistez, Rose Greco; provided that if any one or more, not all, of my
brothers and sister predecease me, leaving issue surviving me, then the share
; which the predeceased brother or sister would have taken if he or she had sur-

~ vived me, Z give to such of his~or her issue surviving me as would have been
entitled to inherit said share if the said predeceased brother or sister had
~ , died intestate, survived only by such issue, and domiciled in Ohio at the date

of the executiort of this instrument, under the laWS of Ohio then in effect, and
in the share~ anc~ proportions determined by sai~ laws. ~

~ Provided•further, that if all of nry said brothers and sister predecease

~ ~ me and one or niore leaves issue survivinq me, I give all of said property to
