and Louis J. Galanqa, to be O~-Executors of this my Last Will and Testantent and
I request that the Probnte Court require no bond of them in the fulfillment of
their fiduciary duties. My said Co-Executors shall have full power at their
discretion to do any.and all thinqa necessary for the complete administration of
my estate, including the power to sell at public or private sale and ~,rithout
order of the Court any real or personal property belonginq to my said estate and
to execute instrianents of conveyance thereof including the power to hire and
pay auctioneers, real estate brokers and the right to secure abstracts of title
and/or continuations thereof, or title insurance, and to compound, compromise
or otherwise settle or adjust any and all claims, charges, debts and demands
whatsoever against or in favor of my estate, as fully as I could do if livinq.
In the event that either of my above named fiduciaries shall for any
reason decline to serve, fail to qualify or having qualified, fail to complete
the administration of my estate, then the other shall act as sole Executor +,rith
full powers and without bond.
In the event that neither of my said brothers, Victor G. Galanga and Louis
J. Galanqa, are able to accept or continue with the trust, and in that event
only, I hereby nominate and appoint as alternate Executor my nephew, Alfred L.
Galanga, vestinq in him the same powers as above set forth. And aqain i re-
quest that the Probate Court require no bond of him in the discharge of his •-
fiduciary duties.
IN WITNESS WNEREQF, I have hereunto subscribed my name to this my Last
Will and TesT_ament at New Philadelphia, Ohio, this llth day of April, in the year
of our Lord One Zfiousand Nine Hundred Seventy-nine (1979).
