to appraise those assets of decedent's estate which do not have readily ascertainable value. and asks the Court .to
approve the appointment. Subject to Court apnroval on the amount of such compensation. the fiduciary agrees to
pay the appraiser reasonable compensation for his services as part of the expenses of administering the estate.
