WHEREAS, LENA G. BAKER, who was also known as LENA
,li LOUISE BAKER, LENA GALANGA BAKER, LEF G. BAKER~ and LEE GALANGA

~ BAKER, a resident of Tuscarawas County, Ohio, died on October 1,

~ 1980, owning assets in the State of Florida; and
;; WHEREAS, LOUIS J. GALANGA has been appointed personal
' representative of the Estate of the decedent and has performed

~~ all acts prerequisite to issuance of Letters of Administration
: in the Estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge~. _
' declare LOUIS J. GALANGA to be duly qualified under the laws of
~ the State of Florida to act as personal representative of the
~ Estate of LENA G. BAKER, deceased, with full power to administer ±
