The undersigned petitioner alleqes: ` ~ D
1. Petitioner's residence is Indian River County,
Florida and petitioner's post office address is 760 15th Ave.
Vero Beach, Florida.
2. ANGELO AVEDUTI is an incompetent, whose date of
birth was March 5, 1893, who is 87 years of age, and whose
social security number is 104-18-8223. The residence of the
incompetent is St. Lucie County, Florida,and the post office
address of the incompetent is 1709 B So. 17th Circle, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450.
3. The nature of the incompetent's-incapacity is
chronic brain syndrome; senility; generalized arteriosclerosis;
abdominal hernia and cataract right eye, as adjudged by the
Circuit Court in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florido~on
February 13, 1981.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the person a~-
be appointed for the incompetent. ~ ,
