7. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
ANGELO AVEDUTI, incompetent, resides in St. Lucie County.
8. LOUIS A`NEDUTI, a resident of Indian River County
is sui juris and otherwise qualified under the laws of Florida
to act as guardian of the person and otherwise qualified under
the laws of Florida to act as guardian of the person aad,-p~~
~ae~t~r of the incompetent, and is entitled to preference because
he is the legal son ~~d one of the next of kin to the incompetent,
pursuant to F.S. 744.312.
9. Petitioner requests that the setting of a bond for
the guardianship in this cause be waived as evidenced by peti-
tioner's Affidavit of Insolvency filed herein.
10. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the in-
formation required by Florida law and by the applicable Florida
Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth
in full above cannot be ascertained ~aithout delay that would ad-
versely affect the incompetent or the incompetent's property.
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that LOUIS AWEDUTI be
appointed as guardian of the person of the incompetent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the bes of my
knowledge and belief.
