ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of LOUIS A`NEDUTI for the appointment of
guardian of the person of ANGELO AVEDUTI, coming
on this day to be heard and it appearing to the court that said
person is incompetent because of chronic brain syndrome; senility;
generalized arteriosclerosis; abdominal hernia; cataract right eye,
and that it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and the
court having jurisdiction and being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that LOUIS AWEDUTI is hereby appointed as guardian
of the person of ANGELO AVEDUTI, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said LOUIS AV~TEDUTI as guardian, is
not required to file a bond in thi cause.
