2. The bonds of iriarriage between Wife/Petitioner,
KATKRYtJ E. SCOTT, and Husband/Respondent, JIM ACEY SCCTT, JR.,
are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken.

3. CHILD CUSTODY AND VISITATION.
The Wife/Petitioner, KATHRYN E. SCOTT, shall have the
entire care, custody and control of the minor child of the
parties, CARLY JO SCOTT, subject to Husband/Respondent's reason-
able rights of visitation, as follows: I'

• The first and third weekends of each and
every month and at such other times as the
parties can agree. A weekend shall be
defined as commencing at 7:00 p.m. on Friday
and terminating at or about 7:00 p.m. on the
Sunday immediately following.
Thanksg~viny vacation on odd years; Easter
vacation on even years. On odd years, the
Christmas vacation will be split so that
the Husband/Respondent will have the privi-
lege of off-premises visitation at or about
9:00 a.m. on the 2Gth day of December and
concluding at or about 4:00 p.m. on January
lst immediately following. On even years,
the Christmas visitation shall be split so
