that the liusband/Respondent shall have
Christmas visitation concurrent with the
commencement of the 5eminole County Public
School Christmas vacation and terminating
at or about 9:00 a.m. of DeGember 26 ~
in~nediately followinq.
4. CHILD SUPPORT. ~
. ,A. The Husband/Respondent shall pay to the Wife/
- Petitioner the sum of $35.00 per week as child support for the
minor child. Said payments shall commence on January 1, 1980,
and shall continue each and every week thereafter until said
child reaches the age of eighteen years or marries or becomes
otherwise emancipated. ~
B. The aforementioned child $upport payments shall
be paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Seminole County
Courthouse, Sanford, Florida 32771 by Husband/Respondent, whose
present address is 161 S.W. Lakehurst Drive, Port St. Lucie,
Florida 33452, for disbursement to Wife/Petitioner, whose present
address is 417 Armory Circle, Port S~. Lucie, Florida 33452.
Said payments shall be made by depositing with the Clerk of this

~o C. Husband/Respondent, JIM ACEY SCOTT, JR., shall be
responsible for applying to this Court o; the Domestic Relations
Commissioner for any reduction or modification in support payments
BEFORE any failure to pay the support in the amount or manner
prvvided for in this agreement. Failure to do so will be consid-
ered as evidence of a willful violatior. of this final judgment.
5. SEPARATION AGREEMENT.
The Separation Agreement between the parties executed
January 4, 1980, introduced into evidence and marked Wife/
Petitioner's Exhibit No. 1, was executed voluntarily after full
