This cause having came an before this Ca~t m the 9th day of FebYVary,
1981, an the Wife's Petitian for Ter~o~rary Relief and the Court having heard
the testiaany of the parties and beir~g otherwise fully advised in the prenises
it is hereupan
ORDFRED AND ADJiDGED that the custody of the minor child, IJIQOIE QtE~4Jl~OD,
is hereby awarded to the Wife with reasanable rig~ts of visitatian awarded to
the Husband and the Husband shall pay suppart for the minar child in the atnu¢~tt
of $66.00 each week crnm~encing on Friday, February 13, 1981.
Each payme~nt shall be made to the Clerk of this Ca~rt and by him remitted
prom~tly to B(x~NIE QtEE~lhII~OD. In additian there is hereby assessed the s~m
of $2.00 as statutary costs to be-added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
paya~ents shall be made in cash, maney arder or cashier's check. Both parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of t~is Court advised of their mailing and resid~ei~ce
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. It is further

L. RUSSAKIS, Attorney far the Wife, to be appli,ed to Attorney's fees incurred
by the Wife. It is further

Wife shall hav~e the t~parary use and possessirn of the washing machine now
located at the marital home, Raute 8, Box 1150, Seminole Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida.
