JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This matter came on to be heard before the Court
upon the Petition for Modification filed herein by ARLENE K.
~ ELLIOTT, Wife. After consideration, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment
~
;; Dissolution of Marriage previously entered herein on
~.
January 22, 1979, is modified to the extent that the parties
shall have joint custody of the minor son, DONALD THOMAS
ELLIOTT, III. The minor son shall reside with the Husband,
DONALD THOMAS ELLIOTT, J~., at 121~4 Ormond Avenue, Fort
Pierce, Florida, so that the minor may attend White City
Elementary School. The minor shall reside with the Wife at
her home on weekends, major holidays and during the suIIaner
recess, when School is not in session. If the need to adjust
the schedule arises, the parties shall be flexible in adjusting
it and shall continue to allow frequent contact with both
parties. It is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all other provisions
of the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage previously ~
entered in this matter shall remain in full force and effect
