This cause came on to be heard upon the Petition filed herein j

wherein the Petitioner prays inter alia for the Respandent to be ~
person or property in any manner whatsoever, and this Honorable
Court after notice to the Respondent and the Respondent and his
Attorney being present, and the Court being otherwise fully advised'
restrained from molesting or bothering the Petitioner in her
in the premises; it is _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Respondent, CHARLES P. CRAWFORD, is enjoined
and restrained from coming about, assaulting, harrassing,
telephoning or in any way interferring with the Petitioner,
MINNIE CRAWFORD, and Respondent is specifically enjoined
and restrained from coming about the marital home located
at 2805 Jackson Parkway, Fort Pierce, Florida, until further
notice of this Honorable Court.
2. The Respondent, CHARLES P. CRAWFORD, is enjoined
and restrained from interferring with the operation of
Petitioner's business, known as MINNIE'S BAR-B-Q, and

Respondent is specifically enjoined and restrained from
coming about the business on more tha~n the specified mutually
agreed one day per week for examination of the books and
premises, and from interferring with or contacting the
Petitioner's employees of the business, until further order
of this Court.
3. That the Petitioner, MINNIE CRAWFORD, is enjoined
and restrained from coming about, assaulting, harrassing,
telephoning or in any way interferring with the Respondent,
