ORDER
THIS CAUSE having crn~e on to be heard upon the Petition
of BARBARA ORDWAY KESNER to Unseal Record And Disclose Information
and the Court having heard arguments of counsel and otherwise being
advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition To Unseal Record
And Disclose Information is hereby granted, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court record in this matter
shall be unsealed by this Court in camera, in the presence of the
Petitioner and her attorney and the Court shall release, within its
discretion, such information as it deems necessary and proper for
obtaining accurate, verified and updated medical background infor-
mation of the natural parents of the Petitioner, it is further
OP,DERED AND ADJODGED that this Court retains jurisdiction
to enter such further orders as may be deemed necessary and prope~".
