This matter came on for hearing on February 11, 1981,
upon the Wife's Motion to Hold Former Husband in Contempt
of Court and the Husband's Motion to Hold Rochelle Landy Rokaw
in Contempt of Court, and all parties being-present, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that both parties' Motion are
denied, as this Honorable Court shall refrain from hearing
these Motions at this time. It is, further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that'the parties' Motions are
consolidated with all issues of the above-styled case and
shall be heard at the hearing set for February 24, 1981, before
the Honorable G. Kendall Sharp.
