certain unnamed baby girl born to the Respondent, ROSE HOOVER. ~~
on January 21, 1981. from the jurisdiction of this Court.
Additionally, in the everit that the prospective adoptive parents
desire to f ile a PeCition for Adoption, said proceedings shall
be com~nenced in the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida,
and Notice of such adoption proceeditigs shall be served on the
Petitioner herein, EDUARDO PONTE. Said adoption proceedings shall
not proceed to final judgment until a final hearing has been had
in this matter to resolve the issue of the Petitioner's entitle-
ment to the custody of the unnamed baby girl born to ROSE HOOVER.
It is,
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ERROL S. WILLES, ESQUIRE
as attorney for the yet unnamed prospective adoptive parents
shall provide the attorneys for the Petitioner with the full
