SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER

This cause came on to be heard on February 12, 1981 and the
Court having entered an Ordzr in the above entitled cause on
February 13, 1981 on the hearing held February 12, 1981 on the
Petition for Mandatory Injunction and Motion to Dismiss Petition
for Mandatory Injunction and Petition of Habeas Corpus filed by
the Respondent, Rose Hoover, and said Order did not include a
restraining order against the Petitioner, Eduardo Ponte, as to
contacting or entering upon or around the_premises of the prospective
adoptive parents, John Doe and'Jane Roe, and pursuant to said
Order counsel of record for the Respondent,Rose Hoover, has filed
before this Court and in this cause this 16th day of February, 1981
a Disclosure designating the names and present address of the pros-
pective adoptive parents, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Eduardo Ponte be and he is hereby
enjoined and restrained from harassing, annoying, telephoning or
entering upon or around the premises of Eric Sandt and Carol Sandt,
his wife, prospective adoptive parents of the unnamed minor fe~nale.
